  3. Talib Kweli is one of my favorite emcees. He was one half of the legendary Black Star and was also in the classic collaboration Reflection Eternal. Solo, I've enjoyed his work, but I hadn't really considered him to have a classic solo album--until I heard Eardrum. The album has great replay value.
